You have been asking for it, so we are taking the Fernandina Beach Arts Market to downtown, historic Fernandina Beach!
February 8, 2014, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, nearly 30 arts and crafts vendors will invade the Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers’ market, adjacent to the N. 7th Street market location.
Not only will you have nearly 40 farmers market booths full of fresh and seasonal produce, baked breads and sweets, organic treats and natural products like soaps and plants to browse, but there will also be dozens of hand-made gifts, apparel and jewelry for you to shop, that were created by your neighbors, family and friends.
Music and laughter will fill the air of this outdoor shopping experience, surrounded by rich historic architecture of this popular seaside Victorian village located on Amelia Island, Florida.
Beginning in March, the Arts Market will be joining the Market Place farmers’ market on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month, year-round, rain or shine. The only Saturday you won’t find the farmers’ market in downtown Fernandina Beach is the Saturday of the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival (always held the first weekend in May) when the entire town is full of fine arts and craft booths, a wonderful kids zone, food booths featuring shrimp in a variety of presentations, entertaining pirates and live music.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, you don’t want to miss picking up a little something special for your Sweethearts at the Fernandina Beach Arts Market/Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers’ market.
