The Fernandina Beach Arts Market and the Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers market will be open on August 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., rain or shine. The kids will have returned to school in Nassau County and autumn routines will fall quickly into place for many local families, and for some, this includes a Saturday morning trip to historic downtown. Farmers, producers, creators, artists and more will line North Seventh Street and the adjacent parking lot with a wide variety of booths set up to tempt you with the industry’s most amazing local vendors.
The Arts Market will include fine jewelry, pottery, painted stemware, tie dye, wooden furniture, novelties, and more.
We introduced Victory Popcorn last week who bring amazing popcorn flavors to the farmers market such as Snicker-doodle, Bithday Cake, Candy Crush, Cashew Caramel, and Jalepeno Cheddar. Three of your favorite vendors are also returning this week after vacations including Lulu’s at the Thompson House, Upstream Seafood, and Me, Myself and Pies.
This Saturday’s Booth with a Cause will be Trees for America’s Troops, and live music will be provided by Bruce Beville due to a last minute cancellation by Jacob Taylor.
