Lease Agreement for Vendors of the Fernandina Beach Arts Market
The Fernandina Beach Arts Market lease agreement is between the makers and artists and market management. We welcome artists, makers, and creators to join our twice‑monthly outdoor market in historic downtown Amelia Island. To participate, vendors must complete both the Vendor Lease Agreement and the Market_Application. Approval is required before attending.
- The market operates two Saturdays per month. Attendance at every market is not required.
- Once approved, vendors must reserve their space in advance.
- Only 30 vendor spaces are available per market.
- The Arts Market is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers market in downtown Fernandina Beach.
Vendor Lease Agreement Terms
By submitting this Lease Agreement, you agree to:
- Follow all Fernandina Beach Arts Market rules and guidelines.
- Reserve your booth space in advance for each market date.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe booth environment.
- Participate rain or shine unless otherwise notified.
- Arrive on time and remain for the full market duration.
- Sell only your original, handmade, or hand‑crafted products.
Liability & Hold Harmless
Vendors participate at their own risk. The Fernandina Beach Arts Market, its organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury. Vendors agree to hold harmless the market and its representatives from any claims arising from participation.
This lease agreement AND a market application must be completed before you can attend as a vendor in the Fernandina Beach Arts Market. The market is open twice a month, but you do not have to attend every market. Once you are approved to be a vendor, reservations must be made in advance as there are only 30 available spaces. The Arts Market is located adjacent to the popular Fernandina Beach Market Place farmers market in historic, downtown Amelia Island.
